Visual dyslexia

Visual dylexia is a condition where certain types of text is difficult to read due to how brain processes visual input. It varies from person to person. For me, it's the sequential numbers, things like phone numbers or 2FA codes.
God bless who invented SMS code autocomplete on MacOS ;)
Usually I need to cover some parts of the paper or screen with my fingers to read the digits individually, or I just have a hard time trying to slowly read it. If I don't do this, they usually look garbled or blurry. Depends on the font type and size though. Monospace fonts that distinguish similar characters such as 1Il|! are way easier for me to read, just like code. Another thing that helps me is to format the text or code in narrow columns, to make it vertically easier to scan. That's why I wanted to try this blog format.
